ABSTRACT. When scholars want to quote the writing of the Romanian authors who have written their work in French language they immediately think of Emil Cioran, Panait Istrati, Eugen Ionescu. But there are also new names of Romanian authors who write in French and make the Seine and the Danube blend in a unique romanesque experience. The present study is not intenteded to be an exhaustive research but one that limits itself to the “pupils” who were awarded literary prizes. It is about the new voices that have their roots in the Romanian land but they are now heard in the universal literature: Marius Daniel Popescu, Eugene Meiltz, Anca Visdei, Miruna Tarcau. pp. 51–58
