Abstract. This paper analyzes the current Romanian landscape from an intercultural communication perspective. Ethnicity is strongly related to culture, and intercultural communication is a substantial way of converting diversity to normality, contributing to diminishing differences that may cause misunderstandings or limits within communication. Processes of interaction among individuals or groups show various culturale trends. pp. 319–324
