Abstract. Normality lies in habits, simple expressions of will in everyday things you do and use to your liking and choice. Normality differs in shades and even colours according to our cultural values, traditions and ways, conditioning our consciousness of self. All happenings involving disruption of normality for a certain period of time are locally regarded as historical accidents. The need to tell and the duty to remember are bases of our personal cultural and humane growth, helping us in our quest to go beyond the abstract concepts of categories and rights. We all have the right to our personal conscious individuality. We also have the duty to protect, respect and enrich that of ours and of others. This is what humanity is all about. pp. 187–195
