ABSTRACT

This study does not intend to be only a theoretical presentation of the notions as: humanism, communication, the culture of communication, mass-media, but it also follows mainly the changes of the paradigm which the communicational culture (communication, technology, holder) acquired in the present times. Today we attend at a overthrow of values, a basic concept transformation in every fields, mostly in communication therefore the present study opens a debate upon a connection between human being, technology, communication, culture and, at the same time the changes which this connection know in the consciousness of contemporary human being.
